Use the package builder to configure your service plus any optional add-ons or consulting hours. Review the full price breakdown before proceeding. Payment is via Stripe. The price you see in the builder is the price you pay. French TVA (20%) is added for French-domiciled purchases.
Within one business day of payment you receive a project brief template by email. This is a structured set of questions about your site, your goals, your target audience, your CMS platform, and any access or data you can provide. Completing it thoroughly improves the quality of the deliverable.
Return the brief to hello@seoproanalyzer.com. The delivery timeline starts from the date we receive your completed brief, not from payment date. If the brief is incomplete, we will send it back with specific questions before starting work.
For projects with delivery timelines over 5 business days, you receive a midpoint update confirming progress and flagging any questions. For shorter projects, work is delivered without a midpoint update unless an issue arises that requires your input.
Deliverables are provided as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Google Slides documents shared to your email, or as structured PDF exports. All documents are organised for direct use by your developer, marketing team, or yourself. No jargon-heavy summaries that require interpretation.
Each project includes one structured revision round. After you review the deliverable, submit corrections, clarifications, or specific requests by email. We incorporate them within 3 business days. The revision scope is reasonable corrections, not a restart of the project.
After revision the project closes. We include a brief next-steps note suggesting what to prioritise based on findings, and which service we would recommend as a follow-on if applicable. There is no pressure to book further work.
