SEO Pro Analyzer provides digital services. Once a deliverable has been produced and delivered, it cannot be returned. Refunds for delivered work are not available.
If you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before you have returned the completed project brief, you are entitled to a full refund. Email billing@seoproanalyzer.com with your payment reference.
If you cancel after the brief has been returned and work has commenced, a refund is not available. If work is at an early stage, a partial refund may be offered at the Agency\'s discretion.
If you have paid but not returned the project brief within 60 days, the project is considered lapsed. No deliverable will be produced and a refund is not available after this period. Contact us if you need to pause a project.
If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed project scope, contact us at hello@seoproanalyzer.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if the deliverable is materially outside scope, we will correct it at no additional cost or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
To request a refund or raise a dispute, email billing@seoproanalyzer.com with your name, order reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services purchased online. By requesting that work begin before this period expires (via the project brief submission), you acknowledge that you waive this right in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
