These terms govern the relationship between SEO Pro Analyzer SARL (the "Agency") and the person or entity purchasing services (the "Client").
The Agency provides fixed-scope digital SEO services as described on the service pages of seoproanalyzer.com. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are supplied. The scope of each service is defined at the time of purchase and confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. All prices are in EUR and exclude French TVA at 20%. TVA is applied to invoices for French-domiciled purchasers in accordance with applicable law. EU businesses providing a valid intra-community VAT number may apply the reverse charge mechanism.
After payment, the Client receives a project brief template. Delivery timelines begin from receipt of a completed brief, not from payment date. The Agency reserves the right to return incomplete briefs and request additional information before commencing work.
Deliverables are provided as Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides documents, or as structured PDF exports, shared to the Client\'s email. Delivery timelines are stated in business days. Business days exclude weekends and French public holidays.
Each project includes one structured revision round. The revision scope is clarifications and reasonable corrections within the agreed project scope. A revision is not a restart. Additional revisions are available at the hourly consulting rate.
See the Refund Policy.
Upon full payment, the Client holds full rights to all deliverables produced for their project. The Agency retains the right to reference the project as a case study without revealing confidential business data.
SEO results depend on many factors outside the Agency\'s control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and technical changes made to the Client\'s site. The Agency does not guarantee specific ranking positions or traffic outcomes. The Agency\'s liability is limited to the value of the payment made for the project in question.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulon, France.
